Note the ADP's are from Sleeper. If you haven't tried it for your Fantasy Football league, we recommend using it this year for the best experience!
Aaron Rodgers tore his left Achilles just four plays into his Jets tenure. Pro Football Docs expect him to be fully ready for training camp with no restrictions. He did not participate in team minicamp, which head coach Robert Saleh explicitly deemed an "unexcused absence." There is no concern over the blister scare he dealt with during OTA’s and should be a fantasy asset this year with the Jets revamped line and fully healthy RB.
Anthony Richardson has been dealing with shoulder soreness during offseason workouts and OTAs. He underwent season-ending shoulder surgery after suffering a severe AC joint sprain. Our panel of Pro Football Docs maintains that Richardson will be fine for the beginning of training camp and he has operating at full capacity. The shoulder soreness is unrelated to his AC joint injury, stemming instead from throwing a football and the culmination of offseason activities after months of inactivity. Fully healthy going into 2024 season but worry that he can sustain play style for a 17 game season without getting injured.
Daniel Jones suffered two significant injuries last season. After a hard hit on a sack, he sustained a neck hyperextension and was evaluated for a concussion, causing him to miss three games. Upon his return, he suffered a torn ACL, which ended his season. Jones is ready for the start of training camp and will not be on the Giants' initial PUP list.
Deshaun Watson has yet to regain the form he displayed during his height in Houston. Last season, he dealt with various shoulder ailments that ultimately ended with a glenoid fracture in his shoulder. He has yet to eclipse 1,200 yards passing since his time in Houston but is on track to be fully healthy and produce at full effectiveness in 2024.
Joe Burrow started last season with a strained calf and never really got a good start from there. He then suffered a torn wrist ligament in Week 11. Burrow has been cleared for all activities that do not involve contact and has even taken piano lessons to aid in his wrist recovery. With Burrow’s innovative rehab approach and a focused offseason, there’s optimism for a strong comeback.
Herbert's season ended last year in Week 13 due to a fractured right index finger, but the injury was not deemed a long-term concern. Following practice on August 1, 2024, Justin Herbert was diagnosed with a plantar fascia injury in his right foot. He has been placed in a walking boot and will likely be held out until the regular season starts. While he is expected to be ready for Week 1, there is concern that missed practice time could result in disruptions to the continuity of the Chargers' offense. The Oregon Ducks product was solid as the starter in limited snap in 2023, throwing 20 touchdown passes in 13 games.
Kirk Cousins suffered an Achilles tear in Week 8 while playing for the Minnesota Vikings, ending his season prematurely. In the offseason, he signed a massive four-year, $180 million deal with the Atlanta Falcons as a free agent. Cousins is currently on track in his recovery and aims to be ready to play by Week 1. The Falcons also drafted Michael Penix Jr. with the #8 overall pick, adding depth to their quarterback position.
