Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne Jr. exited in the first quarter against the Ravens and was deemed questionable to return with a foot injury.
By video, Etienne appeared to be favoring his left foot while walking off the field and into the locker room.
The second-year running back missed his rookie season with a Lisfranc injury in his left foot. The big worry right now is an aggravation of the previous Lisfranc injury.
If that's the case, Etienne could miss the remainder of the season. Either way the Jaguars will likely be cautious with their 2021 first-round draft pick.
In the preseason, the Pro Football Docs detailed why there were lingering concerns about Etienne's recovery.
He entered the season with a SIC score of 81, but his score has improved steadily throughout the year.
Etienne amassed 725 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns in 10 games this season. The Jaguars liked him enough to trade James Robinson to the Jets at the trade deadline.
Jacksonville picked up Darrell Henderson Jr. off waivers from the Rams, but the only two active running backs are JaMycal Hasty and Snoop Conner.
