The Chiefs tight end has been limited in practice with a knee issue thay has now been reported as IT (iliotibial) band tightness. This is tight fascia on the side of the knee. Because the issue does not involve the actual knee joint and there is no structural damage, Kelce is certain to play versus the Titans and should be effective. He also dealt with a hamstring issue during the Texans game but put up great numbers. Adrenaline usually takes over and that should be the case for Kelce this Sunday.
