Trysten Hill injured his right knee trying to do the right thing. Recently Hill got a lot of grief for the gator roll on Chris Carson, but this time he was trying to protect Daniel Jones which forced an awkward step with his right leg. By limited video, his knee looked like it buckled and the worry is a possible ACL/MCL tear. Hill was carted off and is obviously done for today and likely beyond this week. This injury reminded me of the William Hayes’ ACL tear a couple years ago, when he was trying to avoid a penalty, which was criticized as well. We will await further word, but at this point it seems a knee ligament tear will keep him out for the remainder of the season due to probable surgery.
