Tua Tagovailoa was attempting to scrambled and then went down awkwardly. As he tried to avoid a hit, Tagovailoa suffered a very mild inversion left ankle sprain. This is a different type of injury than his college high ankle injury where he had surgery. We expect Tagovailoa to return and finish this game. He may get the ankle tapped. It was more of a scare than an injury.
