The Miami Dolphins starting quarterback will be a gametime decision. If Tua Tagovailoa were 100% he’d start, but we don’t think that’s the case. Ryan Fitzpatrick will be the starter come Sunday for the Dolphins. There is no reason to start a 90% healthy rookie when you’re in a playoff race.
