Key starting linebacker Jarrad Davis was placed on injured reserve alongside left guard Joe Dahl. Davis suffered an ankle injury during the preseason and his season will end with an injury to the same ankle. Dahl's season will end due to back and knee problems with the Lions continually dealing with injuries on both sides of the ball as they limp to season's end.
