The Colts say he doesn’t have to practice to play. If the plan all along was to play Hilton for this AFC South First Place game, one cannot be sure that he will finish the game. It seems clear to me that Hilton is not yet at 100%, but perhaps the circumstances dictate the chances he’ll try and play through the calf. If he does, I hope he makes it through the game effectively.
