Colts wide receiver T.Y. Hilton is expected to play this weekend against the Titans, but don't expect him to be back to full strength just yet. Hilton, who is officially listed as questionable, missed last week's win over the 49ers with a hamstring strain, and has been working through a quad injury this week. He did not practice on Wednesday, was limited on Thursday, and was a full participant on Friday. The hamstring strain is a typical acclimation injury and Hilton has a history of hamstring injuries on the right leg. We have marked him with a SIC score of 51 with concerns that he will not accelerate well on his routes, even against a banged-up Titans secondary. This will be Hilton's second start of the season, as he was out through week five after undergoing neck surgery in the preseason.
