Starting Cowboys center Tyler Biadasz appeared to suffer a right high-ankle sprain with potential MCL damage when he was rolled up on on the final play of the third quarter.
The Cowboys ruled him questionable soon after he rode a golf cart into the locker room but is unlikely to return and could miss multiple games with the apparent high-ankle sprain, according to the Pro Football Docs.
The third-year center had missed fewer than 10 snaps through the first 15 games but is now in danger of missing high-leverage games in January.
In response, Dallas moved left guard Connor McGovern to center and right tackle Jason Peters to left guard and, on the first play of the fourth quarter, a Titans rusher ran freely to Dak Prescott but was flagged for roughing the passer.
Undrafted free agent rookie Brock Hoffman is the listed backup center after early-season injuries to depth linemen Matt Waletzko and Terence Steele.
