It appears the Cowboys star linebacker is poised to return from a Week 1 clavicle fracture. Surgery gave him a quicker chance to come back to the playing field and we initially put his estimated return at six weeks. We are just under the six week estimation. With the plate and screws holding the collarbone together, a chance of re-fracture is low but this also allows the player to return quickly. In my NFL experience, I had a running back return after just three weeks of recovery. Expect this to be a significant boost to the Cowboys defense even with Sean Lee still recovering from core muscle surgery.
