Multiple national NFL reporters are saying that Von Miller’s 2020 season is feared to be over. There is no video or other confirmatory information but there are varying reports citing either lower leg or ankle issues. MRI has confirmed it is a tendon injury, and while some sources claim it is season ending, Miller is seeking a second opinion with foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson. The severity of a tendon injury is largely dependent on what side of the foot it is on, and the fact that it isn’t a rupture is good news for the perennial All-Pro.
