The Washington Football Team’s offensive line is in rough straits this week, as two of their tackles will sit. They still have Morgan Moses on the right side, but at the blindside has struggled mightily to replace Trent Williams. Saadiq Charles and Geron Christian Sr. are on injured reserve, and Cornelius Lucas is out, leaving David Sharpe to take over. The 2017 4th round pick has had good performances in his young career, but is more of a road grader in the run game than a finesse pass blocker. With Alex Smith mounting his historic comeback, the instability at left tackle is not good news heading into Sunday.
