The 28-year-old wide receiver is listed as questionable coming into the Browns’ Week 1 game. He is still working his way back from the ACL tear he suffered in his left knee last season and will not be anywhere close to 100% if he plays.
A.J. Brown 86
Brown had knee scopes on both knees in the offseason. He will continue to manage the knees all season and may need veteran rest during practices.
Calvin Ridley 84
The fourth-year wide receiver looking to step into the Julio Jones void had foot surgery this offseason. His explosiveness could be affected to start the season.
Tyreek Hill 88
The Kansas City Chiefs speedster has knee tendonitis that could flare up at any time.
Courtland Sutton 71
The third-year Denver Broncos receiver suffered a torn ACL in Week 2 last season. He is still working his way back and won’t be at full game speed.
Justin Jefferson 82
He suffered an AC joint sprain in the preseason, but should be mostly good to go.
DeVonta Smith 81
The Eagles’ rookie wide receiver suffered a sprained MCL early in the preseason. He was not listed on the injury report this week.
D.J. Chark 69
The Jacksonville Jaguars’ wide receiver underwent preseason finger surgery. He should be ready to play, but won’t be as effective as usual.
Marquise Brown 57
The second-year Ravens’ wide receiver recently returned to practice and has been hampered by a hamstring injury all preseason.
Mike Williams 58
The 26-year-old Chargers’ wide receiver suffered a hip flexor in the preseason and just recently returned to practice.
