The former Penn State rusher appeared to reaggravate his right ankle sprain last week. He was limited on Wednesday, but took full practice reps Thursday and Friday. Sanders should be able to handle his usual rushing touches against the Jets.

The 24-year-old missed Weeks 6 through 9 with a left ankle sprain, but the absence allowed his surgically repaired right knee to heal. Barkley has 260 rushing yards and 2 rushing touchdowns plus 24 catches for 174 yards and a touchdown.
Cordarrelle Patterson (63 last week) 93
The 30-year-old utility man was dominant against the Jaguars, finishing with 16 runs for 108 yards and 2 touchdowns, plus 2 catches for 27 yards.
James Robinson (90 last week) 90
His nagging heel and knee injuries have caused him to miss practice time again this week. He should play again this week and handle his usual workload.

The veteran Texans rusher is dealing with a quad strain and an illness that may cause him to miss the game against Indianapolis.
