Ezekiel Elliott (98 last week) 90
Elliott is questionable with a knee injury, but should play through it. The 26-year-old running back had 143 yards and a touchdown against the Panthers last week.
Dalvin Cook (90 last week) 90
The Vikings star running back is playing through an ankle injury he suffered Week 2. Cook finished with 34 rushing yards and two catches for 10 yards last week against the Browns.
Christian McCaffrey/Chuba Hubbard (28 last week) 33
The stud Carolina running back is still another week away from having a solid chance at playing. Hubbard will fill in again, after having 57 rushing yards and two catches for 14 yards against the Cowboys.
Antonio Gibson (92 last week) 71
Gibson played through a shin injury last week that was revealed to be a stress fracture. We docked Gibson’s SIC health score drastically because this is an ailment the second-year running back will have to manage all season.
David Montgomery/Damien Williams (92 last week) 26
The 24-year-old starting running back is out for a significant stretch with an MCL sprain, plus second-stringer Tarik Cohen is still on IR. Williams suffered a quad contusion last week, but will start this week against the Raiders.
Joe Mixon (89 last week) 27
Mixon will apparently play after suffering a minor high ankle sprain in the Week 4 Thursday night game. Perine finished last game against the Jaguars and will likely get a majority of the workload even if Mixon suits up.
Chase Edmonds (94 last week) 90
Edmonds is questionable with a shoulder injury, thus James Conner may see more action out of the backfield. Through four games, the Cardinals running back has 255 rushing yards, plus 20 catches for 140 receiving yards.
D’Andre Swift (89 last week) 86
The 22-year-old has been battling a groin injury since the preseason, but has not missed a game. He is listed as questionable, but will play through the injury. Backup Jamal Williams is questionable with a hip injury he suffered Week 4.
