Where Does Health Advantage Lie in Giants/Eagles Matchup?

Injury Advantage: Eagles Defense

The Giants have struggled to generate offense all season, ranking 26th in total yards gained and 30th in points scored.

Add to that the fact Daniel Jones has been shut down for the year with a neck injury and backup Mike Glennon has been awful in his three starts replacing Jones.

Glennon was benched in favor of third-stringer Jake Fromm after throwing three interceptions against the Cowboys. Fromm will make his first career start this Sunday against the Eagles.

The depleted New York offense also lost No. 2 receiver Sterling Shepard to a torn Achilles tendon last week, leaving more targets for Darius Slayton and Kenny Golladay.

Rookie wideout Kadarius Toney has been activated off the COVID reserve list, but is questionable to play with a nagging oblique injury.

The Eagles have allowed the tenth-least passing yards this season and enter the game with an entirely healthy secondary.

Philadelphia should have no problem stifling Saquon Barkley and the rest of the Giants offense.
