Bryan Edwards injury history will likely cost him in the 2020 NFL draft. While preparing for the NFL combine, Edwards broke his foot. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, teams can’t see the former University of South Carolina product which doesn’t help his case in a crowded wide receiver class. Edwards also suffered a meniscus tear in 2019 and in 2018 he dealt with a lingering ankle issue. The lanky wideout hurt his shoulder preparing for the 2018 season but finished up with a career high 846 yards and seven scores. In 2017, he underwent sports hernia surgery during spring practices but was ready for the start of the season. His draft stock will undoubtedly be hurt by these injuries and may fall to the fourth or fifth round.
