In Week 12, Rogers suffered a knee fracture and his season was ended abruptly. There was no clarity of the exact type of fracture but given the December injury he is unlikely to be able to be cleared or pass a physical right now. Given the NFL rule, one cannot travel for a physical and a team is unlikely to be eager to sign Rogers now based on a doctor's exam. Rogers will likely need to wait until the travel ban is lifted for his opportunity to play next season.
