Henry Ruggs III should be a first round pick assuming his combine evaluation checks out. The speedster wowed scouts at the combine posting a 4.27 40 yard dash time. Ruggs III showcased this speed at Alabama by scoring 24 receiving touchdowns and averaging over 15 yards a reception each season. Ruggs had an injury riddled 2019 season suffering a concussion, rib contusion, and hip pointer but missed just one game. In 2018, he picked up a right ankle sprain and missed no time. His prior injuries are considered minor and should not cause much concern to teams looking for a big play receiver that could complement any NFL passing attack.
