Dolphins number one corner was signed to an extension recently and despite the team's winless record is not going anywhere via trade. He suffered a knee injury in last night's game and was played on injured reserve today. There was no clear video of the injury and it does not appear to be major or anything that might impact his future. The move to injured reserve is a move to preserve their future with the cornerback versus rushing him back. If rushed back he could suffer a major long-term injury which is why he was placed on injured reserve effectively ending his season.
